Presented in a 6 x 52 box-pressed Toro, Mictlán features a dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and a flavorful combination of Nicaraguan tobacco and U.S.-grown Connecticut Broadleaf. The result is a medium-to-full-bodied profile with deep notes of earth, cedar and leather, complemented by dried fruit, warm spice and a rich natural sweetness.
Inspired by Día de los Muertos and named for Mictlán, the underworld of ancient Aztec tradition, this limited-edition release combines distinctive presentation with the bold boutique blending style Noel Rojas is known for.
